LaraVer monitors Laravel projects for updates, so you don't have to.

These are then analyzed, parsed, and displayed in an intuitive manner. Additionally you have the option to subscribe to configurable notifications on updates, providing a convenient way to stay informed.

Wait ... wut?

As a developer, you're always trying to stay on top of changes. This is a big ask for full-stack developers, requiring us to keep up on database engines, front-end and back-end frameworks, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, etc. Laravel is my defacto starting point for new projects, so it is critical that I understand the framework's functionality, and how it's changes affect me.

And we're probably all tired of subscribing to the GitHub updates via the "Watching" toggle. It tends to flood your inbox with lots of noise, plus its not easy to identify the updates. (Sure you can to a version compare, but all in all its a tedious undertaking.) Additionally, Laravel doesn't have a public changelog, due to it being an open-source project comprised of many community contributions.

In my effort to better understand the Laravel Framework, I needed a way to view the changes as they are published, optimally with an in-line changelog that I can maintain and update, available for future reference. This would allow me to better study Laravel's continuing evolution and deepen my knowledge and skills as a Laravel developer.

Thus started this project. Crowd-sourcing it just made sense, to both assist others, as well as getting people involved, aware, and discussing what's under the hood.
